So today I decided that I wanted to cook something different. I wanted to cook southern style fried chicken. I looked up the recipe on food network.com and went to the supermarket to get the ingredients. While I’m searching for tabasco sauce and a good cut of chicken a older lady stops me and saids thats a good sauce and i said really? i would like to make some southern style friend chicken and i looked up the ingredients and it said to use hot pepper sauce. She tells me listen to me you don’t need none of that crap let me tell you the real way to make it.
A lot of garlic powder, Sazon accent, grind onion, tomato paste, adobo, flour, black pepper and garlic. And soy sauce
Season the cuts of chicken very well with garlic powder, sazon accent, adodo, tomato paste and the grind onion also pour some soy sause but not so much because its is salty at least maybe 3teaspoon or more depending on how many people and servings your doing after i do that she said to not put salt in the flour because adobo has the salt and flavor that you need to put black pepper and mix it well. Fry the garlic into the hot oil (don’t forget to smash it a bit so the flavor would come out) and after the garlic is done cooking to take it out. Leave each piece of chicken for at least 4 minutes on each side so that it can cook well inside. After its done the chicken should have a nice brown color to it and its ready to eat. The chicken is so good that it doesn’t need ketchup to hide the flavor… (i did the best i could explaining how to cook the chicken enjoy the recipe it taste really good) :) (yes i cooked the chicken) lol
